Offline: Users do not need to activate data usage; they only need to activate Bluetooth and location services on their mobile to time their race.

It works via GPS navigation and the use of outdoor iBeacons, designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, which act as autonomous race checkpoints without human intervention.
